The short version.
These terms govern your use of Surveyvor, operated by Take a Luke Studio, Poland ("we", "us"). By using it you accept them.
A free tool, currently in closed beta, that helps turn messy project input into a structured creative brief and surfaces what that brief has not settled. Access is by invitation while it is in beta.
Surveyvor is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output will be accurate, complete or suitable for your project.
Surveyvor uses a large language model. Its output can be incorrect, incomplete, or confidently wrong. It may miss a real problem in your brief, or raise one that is not there. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing everything before relying on it, sending it to a client, or making a commercial decision from it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill, or data, however caused, arising from or connected to your use of Surveyvor. This includes losses arising from errors or omissions in generated briefs, missed deadlines, mis-scoped projects, or decisions made on the basis of its output.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us for the service — which, during the beta, is zero — or 100 PLN.
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited under Polish or EU law. Nothing here affects the statutory rights of a consumer.
Everything you write in Surveyvor remains entirely yours. We claim no ownership and no licence over it. As described in the Privacy Policy, it is stored in your own browser and we never receive a copy — except the text you explicitly send for AI processing, which we do not retain.
You are responsible for having the right to use whatever you paste in, including any confidential or personal information belonging to your clients.

This is a beta. Features may change or be removed, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued at any time and without notice. Because your briefs live in your browser rather than on our servers, nothing you have written disappears if the service does — but export anything you rely on.
Surveyvor is free during the beta. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans later. If that happens, we will not start charging for something you are already using without telling you first and giving you a chance to decline.
These terms are governed by the law of Poland, and disputes fall to the courts of Poland. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
